Massive Capital works with both accredited and sophisticated investors.

The SEC defines an accredited investor as anyone who: A) earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year, OR B) has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse or spousal equivalent (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence), OR C) holds in good standing a Series 7, 65 or 82 license.

The commission defines a sophisticated investor as an individual or institution that “must have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment
The minimum investment is typically around $75,000.

Massive Capital purchases Land, Industrial and Multifamily real estates. Typical Multifamily assets with at least 50 units or more. Typical Industrial is between 10,000-30,000 SQFT leasable space. Typical Land is 5-200 acres tract for new development. Detail for each investment opportunity is shared as they become available.
Massive Capital always invests side by side with our Investors. We make money from the real estate we own with our investors. This includes rental income & profits from the sale of properties.
Each real estate investment opportunity is different. Depending on asset class, Massive Capital typically aims to deliver our partners double digit overall returns. For Multifamily, we target in excess of 10% per year of overall return . For Land, we target in excess of 15% per year. For Industrial, (Cash Flow), we target in excess of 8% per year of Cash flow. All of our investment opportunities include financial projections prepared by Massive Capital, based upon our expertise and educated assumptions. While we like to provide conservative projections, it is required that each investor understands that past performance does not indicate nor guarantee future results.
