David Foran is a trusted advisor to senior executives with significant experience advising companies regarding financial, accounting and operational decisions. David’s corporate expertise has focused on both Financial Planning and Analysis as well as Controller level Accounting responsibilities. David has led due diligence activities on both buy and sell sides for several mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has led the financial integration and consolidation of several acquired companies into ERP systems of new owners. Most recently David comes to us from Robert Half International where he has consulted for companies in a range of industries from apparel to petroleum. In addition to his corporate finance career, he has successfully flipped a dozen SFR properties, owned a couple of rental properties and has been an LP investor in multi-family. David enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Laura, two adult daughters Megan and Emily and their two dogs Chimi and Charlie.
