DECIDE WHAT TYPE OF INVESTMENT SUITS YOU
Some start by investing with someone they know, and some start by choosing an asset type. Some sponsors or syndicators are well-versed in assessing multiple investment types, thus bringing diverse profitability for their investors.
Many factors make or break a deal. The most significant factor is who is operating the deal. A great sponsor can make an average deal. However, a great deal could become worse if the syndicators are not good at what they do.
